Profile

Every child matters. Regardless of their socioeconomic background or ability, every young person has the right to a first class education and to thrive as individuals; this ethos is key to my practice. In order for standards rise and children to flourish, all adults invested in the education of a child need to feel trusted, supported and valued; this is at the centre of my leadership approach. I set high standards for myself and aim to lead by example, further encouraging others to do the same.
